Valley Optometric Associates likes to book appointments weeks out with their customers...and when they finally show up, they won't have a doctor on duty! Now keep in mind no appointments are needed and they are in the mall...yet have no doctors on duty! And when you get there with a black and white confirmation and all; they don't even care! They claim it's a glitch in the system...but they allow people to drive over 30 minutes to get to them and then waste their time! And guess one...no one apologizes...it's not their fault obviously!!!! They are playing with people's time and schedules. So don't waste your time taking off work, making arrangements with your children...because they must have enough business; so much so the doctors don't even show up!

Okay service, but they didn't allow me to make an appointment and I had to wait 2&1/2 hours. Will most likely go to a different Doctor next year.

Called the optometrist to verify they took the insurance, they said yes, drove 3 hours for the appointment to be told they don't take the insurance but could do the appointment for a "discounted" rate.I called my insurance and they do accept it. Told the manager and she said they do take the insurance but the doctor that was in did not and that she would give us the discounted rate. Total scam and very rude staff. Highly dissatisfied.

Went to the optometrist and was treated very badly by the office staff. They are rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
