Ms. Elizabeth Pharmacist is very attentive with her customers. We appreciate her kindness and knowledge.

Very poor customer service, after waiting 35 minutes for cashier to check out a customer on thanksgiving night we were told the items we had did not go on sale till midnight. With a very confusing ad, the cahiers were leaving their registers to ask lots of questions to mgrs. so we asked them to hold our basket for 1 hr and we would be back to purchase a full basket of products. At midnight we get in line again , wait another 40 minutes for them to finish with 1 customer only to be told the items now did not go sale till 6 AM. they had very few customers, people were leaving their baskets and so did we. Mgr was very rude, a sale at 6 AM and midnight is basically the same, we were not taking multiple items we were taking a BOGO items, plus lots of items not even on sale. We will definitely not go back. they could have handled it a lot better. I even told him you don't even have customers, take the sale but Mr rude just stood there, so we left everything

Great customer service. Especially in the Electronics department. Thanks to this young girl, I was able to find everything I needed. She even helped me get the best bargains. I HIGHLY recommend this kmart to anyone wanting great service.
