I read these reviews and haven't had time to write mine until today. I figured that these people writing these negative reviews haven't had there child there like I have for 5 years. My daughter was 3 years when she started. To date I have nothing bad to say, all the staff has been very good to my daughter now 8 and my family that picks her up. I've had my daughter in 4 other daycares around the Eastside and I wouldn't go back to those. I love that they have a full kitchen not microwaveable foods. On the weekends my daughter is always talking about me when am I going to drop her off to do activities there. Personally I have only great things to say.

I moved my daughter from this daycare after they came out on the news because one of their two year old apparently climbed the fence at the playground area and left the center. A lady found him walking down the street. If you are not familiar with zaragoza street, it is 50mph in this particular area and has non stop traffic because it has so many businesses on it.

I had my daughter in that daycare since she was 8 months the staff was wonderful until my daughter was moved to the toddler room. The morning teacher for toddlers is very cold heartless as well as difficult to get along with. It was really difficult to see eye to eye with this teacher as she sees the toddlers as adults thee than children. Picked up my daughter a few times completely soaked from her shirt as she was being taught to drink from a cup when she could've been changed as well as she had a diaper rash more than once. Other than this teacher the rest of the teachers especially the evening toddler teacher (Mayra) and baby teacher (Yoly) are very patient, understanding and nurturing. If it wasn't for this teacher my daughter would certainly still be there. (My concerns were raised, but never saw the change since there is a new director.)
