This is one of the worst suppliers of bi-pap supplies. When the bi-pap machines are delivered they were incomplete, they lacked proper tubing for the machine. I asked for a chin strap when the machine was delivered and that was 1 Apr 15, I had the Doctor write an order for all the supplies on 27 Apr 15. Today is 1 May 15 and I was just by Sonya (who handles bi-pap supplies) that it will be delivered on 2 May 15. An again this is the worst company for bi-pap supplies I have ever seen, and I've been using bi-pap for at least 8 years. This company is not even worth 1 star.
