Do not take family here. The director Melissa is a horrible woman. No bedside manners. I went in for a tour and she was very rude. She did not have any answers to my questions, she rushed me through the facility. It smelled of urine. She was texting while giving me a tour. I do not recommend this place for loved ones

My late father was a resident of Cambria for a couple of months. The facility places all their resources simply on making the place look nice but they DO NOT take care of their patients. The facility and personnel are completely incompetent. They would not even look in on my Dad nor would they change him. We had to hire outside help to look after my Dad while he was there. This place was supposed to be an excellent place for Alzheimers patients - Bah Humbug! I wouldn't wish anyone to go through what we had to go through with this facility. The staff lies, the office staff was rude. They do not like Medicaid patients. However, if you pay cash - they love you. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!
