Really upset. Did not get what I asked for. Although lady was polite she did not listen to what I wanted. I asked for half an inch trimmed and she ended up trimmed 2 inches plus gave me layers that I did not ask for!!!! And to top it all off she left my bangs very uneven. There's literally a chunck of hair thay is about an inch long!!!! Also another employee was speaking very unprofessional words you don't say in a workplace. My fault for going to a place that clearly should only be for men's haircuts!
