About three weeks ago my daughter and I came to look for a bridesmaid dress. My daughter was very skittish about shopping and didn't have any idea of what she wanted. I thought if she SAW some REAL dresses, not just online or in a magazine, AND tried some ON she would get excited and find something lovely. The clerk asked my price range and I told her around $200. After only a few minutes she informed us that we should shop at her OTHER store, but she was kind of unsure what the name was or exactly where it was, OR that we should look at their website. We left and I purchased a beautiful dress for my daughter at another boutique for $500 AND one for myself for another $500. I felt completely dismissed by the salesperson and will never go back or recommend this store to any of my friends. In your haste to shoo us to your "Discount" store, or perhaps in your reluctance to spend time helping us try on dresses, you lost out on a $1,000 sale that day and much more in the future!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I was on a bride/quinceanera event and Ella Blu took my information. After that, they started to call in order to make an appointment and say yes the last week of march because my mom will be on town, and the seller tried to persuade me to get the appointment a couple of weeks before and I said no because my mom doesn't want to miss my first try on a gown. Since that day, the seller called me almost every day trying to change my unscheduled appointment because she didn't give any date for my appointment, and a week before my possible appointment, she asked me when will you get married? and I say the last weekend of september, and she made fun of me and said sorry but I think you don't get your gown on time it's what do you like? I must be joking hahaha and I said seriously? you are making fun of me? and she hung up the phone. The next day, I called other provider and make an appointment for the next week when my mom is being on town; I did my appointment and bought the gown there because of the customer service. The day after I got my gown, Ella blu with a new seller called me back and ask politely me for an appointment and I say sorry but I already buy my gown..... That was my experience and believe I got engaged on feb 14 with almost 7 months for the planning and get this type of customer service is the worst thing that you can live.

Hi, i competed in the miss el paso pageant and i found the winning gown! they have the largest selection of pageant and prom gowns in el paso. sophia guided me in everything that i needed to do to be a pageant queen. i also found my prom gown and so did many of my friends. the lady named leo was great and did the perfect job!

hi! i am from las cruces and went to ella blu to find a wedding gown! edna helped me and i actually only tried on four gowns and found my dream gown! their service was great and i also ended up finding the bridesmaid gowns. they are shippin them to all my friends and cousins around the us. i highly reccomend this place.

Found my wedding dress here, paid for it in FULL. Sophia, the owner, said she would have it in the beginning of July. There was no attempt on their part to contact me. A month after the dress was suppose to be in, I contacted her asking about my dress. After asking about my dress, she said she had made one attempt to contact my mom. Funny thing is, she only had my number. Then to make matters worse, she said company policy is they do not leave voice mails. She said quote "I just assumed that people would call back their missed calls". When I expressed my dissatisfaction and pointed out that THEIR contract states "if the dress does not arrive on time, they will immediately refund money and no further recourse can be taken against them", they expressed that this is not a policy they will uphold. Lastly, I feel as though they disregarded costumer service because they were paid in full and was married without this dress. I do not recommend doing business with Ella Blue and its owner Sophia P.
Ella Blu is very sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. We want to make sure all brides are happy with our services and customer service. We aplogies if you feel we did not contact you enough, to let you know your gown had arrived. The arrival dates for any orders is just an approximate date, the manufacturer reserves the right to change a ship date based on their production schedule.

i went in on labor day weekend and finally said yes to the dress. they had wine and champagne for my entire family. they also helped me find bridemsaids. they had a wide selection of bridesmaids. i decided on bari jay gowns and an allure couture gown. their dressing rooms are so large and can fit your entire family. nothing like that in el paso. i would highly reccomend this store to everyone!

I went in last week and found pronovias 2012! I searched online and saw that Ella Blu was a premier retailer. They have a very large selection of great gowns. The dressig rooms are huge and a lot of space. We are very lucky to have a store like this in el paso. I'm ready to pick out my bridesmaids.

Ella Blu is the most special boutique! I made an appoitment and the sales person her name was edna was honestly the nicest girl ever. She helped me find the perfect gown ever! i walked in with a diffrent idea and walked out with just the perfect maggie sottero gown! i shopped every store in el paso and nothing compares. they also have the best selection in veils and shoes plus tons of head pieces i recommend every girl in the el paso area to shop there!

Ella Blu boutique is a GEM in El Paso. You find daywear that is fab at great prices (I travel a lot and Ella Blu is up there with many boutiques that I have been to in L. A) I love the sales people they stay by my side and are very helpful they dont ignore me like some sales people at other stores do. I am amazed at how they are all knowledgeable about the merchandise at the store. I recently attended there fashion show and it exceeded my expectations ella blu is definitly a trend setter in el paso. Also I can NOT wait for my best friends wedding date to get closer so we can visit there amazing bridal boutique and purchase her dress because I know she will find an amazing couture gown. I have taken a peek or two at the gowns ( and I must admit I cant wait to get married so I can finally shop there :) ) I LOVE ELLA BLU its a classy boutique in el paso and definitly the sales people are my favorite because they are nothing but professional and obviously stylish!

If i could give a negative star I would! this place was completely unprofessional! I told on the phone by a sales associate that the dress i wanted was in the store but marked as a reasonable price only to find the dress was three times my budget, then when i asked the sales lady she insisted that i must be crazy to think they would ever sale that dress at the price that i was quoted. Then to make matters worse I was humiliated into feeling ashamed that I was a plus size bride and that what davids bridal sizing on me was &amp;amp;quot;too small for me&amp;amp;quot; I was completely offended and to top off the whole experiance they then pressured me into trying to buy a dress and said &amp;amp;quot; I wouldnt want to look cheap in my wedding gown and that if i buy anywhere else i will definantly look cheap in my pictures.&amp;amp;quot; I could not believe this. If you work off of comission you should treat your guests with respect and do what you can to please them not make the one big experiance and memory of their life awful! for those of you who read this do yourself the favor and NOT go to Ella Blue, they are over priced and SUPER RUDE!

I went for my first fitting yesterday at Ella Blu and my dress was ivory not white!!! Sales lady &quot;Patricia&quot; was trying to convince us that ivory was the designers version of white??? &quot;Elodia&quot; the owner and &quot;Sophia&quot; her daughter were not there and unwilling to resolve the issue for us. We were told that Sophia saw the dress yesterday and was aware that it was ivory and did nothing!!! She just said, &quot;we'll just see how it looks with the (white) vail.&quot; Pronovias told the owner that they would not be able to have the correct dress shipped to us until November and my wedding is in August!!! Patricia informed us that she could either give us a refund, a discount on a sample dress, or a free vail??? We decided to get a refund and not give them any business. Elodia is the owner of Bridal Novias as well. I hope word gets out and all stores owned by Elodia lose business!!!! They are nothing but liars!!!!
