They couldn't perform a audio installation properly. There was no ability to fade speaker to the rear only the front. They were also unable to balance to the left only the right. Stereo was also not placed properly in the dash. They then tried to justify that it couldn't be done. However after I explained that it could be done they refused to fix it until I said to pull it all out and provide a refund. In which their response was that they do not refund installations.

This is by far the worst organization I have come across. I had to explain to the owner how he doesn't know how to install a stereo. Every debate he had was absolutely wrong and when I found out that I knew what I was talking about he back down. They completely over charged for every part and put sub sub standard equipment. They also advertise a military discount but don't honor it. What a contradiction to our service members. Dyer Audio is an insult to the small businesses of the world. Stay as far away from them as possible.

Excellent services. Weve had our system installed somewhere else and that company didnt even give us half the service that Dyer Audio did. Thanks.
