My experience at Creative Hair Salon has been one of ineptness and poor customer service. First of all, I was one of two customers and was not greeted by the personnel upon signing the log book. Two stylists were on duty; one was giving the other customer a hair cut, while the second stylist stood around with no obvious task at hand. After waiting for over 5 minutes, I finally approached the stylist without the customer and advised her that I needed a hair trim. At that point, she had me sit on the chair, and the fiasco began. I noticed how she kept cutting my hair, going back and forth for re-adjustments; the hair cut couldn’t have lasted more than 4 minutes. Lastly, she quickly flashed a mirror to the back of my hair and removed my gown. I paid her for the services and even tipped her. However, I did leave the place feeling very uneasy because she did not measure the lengths of my wispies to show me that both sides were even. I measured as soon as I got to my vehicle and was amazed by the disparity. My left side was visibly longer than the right side. In addition, my hair length was uneven, and she had cut over two inches of hair. Not only did the stylist completely disregard the fact that I only wanted a trim by cutting over two inches off the length, but she also left my hair with uneven lengths. I was very disappointed and called the owner of the shop in hopes of having the problem rectified. She was very courteous over the phone and advised me that she could fix the embarrassing hair cut later that day, either at the shop or at my house. I was very pleased to hear that, except, the owner never went to the shop and never called me back. I called her back three days later, and she sounded as if she had completely forgotten about the incident. As a result, I had to pay someone else to fix the problem that Creative Salon created, and my hair is now three inches shorter! I am very appalled by the lack of attention and dedication to their customers.
