Worst service I have ever gotten at a hotel! The clerks were very rude and careless about what was happening around them. As I approach my room the smell of cigarettes in the air was just unbearable! Not too mention the type of people that crowd around there. I swear I must've seen at least 3 hookers and a few drug peddlers just walking to my room. How could the owners not be concerned about this!?!?!?! it baffles me that they let this continue! Now I see why they call this area the DEVILS TRIANGLE and Colonia Motor Hotel is right at the tip of it all!!!

Had a great stay! The staff are second to none. Met the manager and I think the owner of the property and they were very helpful and knowledgeable about what there is to do in El Paso. Will definitely be back!
