I took my daughter sofia carbajal for a consultation..excellent staff the office was very clean..Dr was very nice and professional..very pleased !!☺

My daughter has been coming here for 17 years and not once has anyone ever asked how we are doing and if every thing is ok like their new manager, Celia. Sometimes, us as parents, need to hear someone cares and that we are not just patients. Just that alone, makes this place a better place. Thank you.

Had a pleasant experience. Front desk and technicians on the back answered all my questions regarding my grandsons condition. Dr Radenovich is the best, regarding patient care, and bedside manners. Very professional. I will definitely recommend Dr Radenovich to my friends and family.

My daughter has been under the care of Dr. Radenovich for 6 years. We initially came for a second opionion on surgery, and so glad we did! Dr. Radenovich was in no rush for surgery, and we did try vision therapy for the past 6 years. When the time recently came that Dr. Radenovich recommended the surgery, I was completely confident in her recommendation. The surgery was a success and I am so grateful to Dr. Radenovich and her caring staff. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Radenovich to any family in need of eye care for their children. She is absolutely the best in the business!!

Dr. Radenovich rushes through patients as if they were an assembly line. I scheduled for a color deficiency test and instead they are on auto pilot and place him in as a follow up for vision and called me his mom. Not once did they ask who I was and why he was there. The Dr. reprimands her staff in front of patients. Good luck getting someone by phone. Good luck getting an appointment any time soon. He was told he needed glasses in April 2015 and in December 2015 he no longer needs glasses. Waist of money and time. I even got the insurance for breakage just to be told he no longer needs glasses. No, his exam was not performed properly.

Absolutely worst place I've ever been to. The staff is incompetent and a poor representation of Dr.Radenovich. First of all I called in May to set up my appointment but wasn't given one till August. I patiently waited the three months for my daughters' appointment only to be told that the doctor was out of town and the person taking her place wouldn't see my daughters because they were "too young." So I set up yet another appointment and wouldn't be able to be seen until October. So now I have patiently waited five months for my daughter's to get their vision checked and guess what? Yet again I'm told the doctor is out of town and have both my appointments cancelled, the only difference is this time they didn't even bother giving me another appointment and told me my daughter's are on a wait list. At this point, I can't tell if it's the doctor who is unreliable and unable to forward the memo to her staff of the days she will be out of town, or if it's her staff itself that is too incompetent to set appointments when the doctor is actually present. The worst person of all is Luz, she is rude and is as pleasant as a screeching cat. I will definitely not be returning to this doctor ever again and for Dr. Radenovich,I hope she can find a staff that is better at having their business in order.

I love this Dr. and staff! They are all very helpful, she is a very busy office because shes in the only specialist in town. I took my child there to be seen by dr. radenovich and everyone was very informative about my daughters condition! Their optical is the nicest optical i have seen offered for children! Great quality frames with decent prices! I dont mind the wait because im seen by highly trained people who know what their doing!

if i could give negative stars i would. hands down worst staff.
