Bad service my first time to be there ive got told i needed to do provider changes. Ive did it there and the insurance told me that the changes were effected as soon as possible. There front office staff ( didnt want to see my kids because up to them the insurance take two weeks to do the changes.) My daughter had a bad fever and my only choice was to take her to a night clinic wich she had fever of (103.5) so i take then back in two weeks but first ive called to see if i needed an appointment and they told me no that they accept walk ins. So ive went today and they said that they were really bessy that they couldn't see them. First of all the lobby had 2 patients waitting it was really empty and there staff were on there cell phones otheres were goffing around and they had one other patient inside. But really they couldnt see my kids. Asked to talk to the manager and she was really rude. Asked to have a number to make a complain and show them the pictures that i have of there staff and office being empty and they said they didn't have one. What a bad experience. Really think first if you want to take this doctor as your kids primary im pretty sure theres way better out there.
