The maintenance department here responds very quickly to any issues that arise. We have truly enjoyed our stay at Caprock.

Grounds are kept up quite well and so are the units in our experience, which is really a great one! Thank you!

The customer service was great while I lived here. I never had problems    .

What I enjoy about living here is that my unit is super affordable for its size. The complex itself has some really nice amenities. And the staff is super courteous and always quickly respond to anything I need. Repairs are attended to quickly.

They are really on top of their game and get everything done quickly. .

This place is run by a really wonderful staff. There's a very peaceful atmosphere and I believe part of that is due to them. I have very friendly neighbors and the grounds are very beautiful, which I appreciate. Living here is great!

For two years I lived at Caprock but had to recently re-locate. But I can tell you they took good care of the complex. And the management was very quick to address any concerns.

great apartment complex, and great neighbors. I did have a problem recently with some loud neighbors, but they took care of it promptly. They maintain a great community here.

John is such a sweetheart. And all the staff at Caprock are awesome! Angelica and her husband are wonderful I just couldn't ask for a better staff to run this complex. It is maintained very well. And whenever I need anything done it is usually the same day or at least the very next day. They are quick and efficient.
