I gave him a picture that was red and he printed it orange and said it was the printer. Worst cake ever. Betty crocker mix was used. Waste of money

I wish I could post the picture of the writing on my sons cake it was a simple happy birthday Chris and they managed to put happy birth backwards and Christ instead of his name and to top it off it looked like a five year old did it and after asking them to fix it she still spelled birthday wrong making the cake look even more sloopy, I should of known better its not the first time they had messed up on the cakes but this time it was in another level of ridiculous I thought I was being pranked on how ugly the cake was at least they got the picture right and didn't put a unicorn for a little boys cake.

That's funny that you mentioned the betty crocker cake mix cause they were at walmart in front of me purchasing like 30 boxes of cake mix. Other than that they need to get rid of the woman that is in front taking orders shes just rude. I have taken my business elsewhere. Since Sonny is hardly there their cakes don't taste the same anymore.

My wife and I were not happy with the product that was delivered. We had request

ed a western theme wedding cake with the colors being black and white and were told not to worry about the cake and it's design. Well we should have, we picked up a 99% white cake with four cut outs of cowboy hats and horseshoes placed on top. Talk about creativity I could have done that for $10 in my home we paid close to $80. Also we requested a two tier cake with stands and were given two cakes on top of one another. The worst part is when I went to pick it up there were at least a dozen or more empty betty crocker boxes in the trash. I figured since it was a bakery they made cakes from scratch, well not this one. Never again will I go to this bakery.

I would recommend Cakes by Sonny. The cakes are great! It is rare to find a bakery here in El Paso, that make great tasting cakes.

I just seen a rerun I would say since one person has the year of 08 and we are going in the first day of Sept of 09. I just seen this on tv and I don't even see how this guy could even show his face on tv. He just kept the money did not even care about anyone but himself. Well I have friends in Texas and I will pass this information on to everyone there. And I know they will pass this info on because you should always have good service. And $700.00 is enough money to put down and the remainder paid the day of service. I smell a crook. Beware, ask to see this video before you even think twice. I would run first. I really felt bad for the Bride and Groom... This CROOK even said on tv he knew that they were there waiting for the food and just went on with his business. Well Bride and Groom mouth of word will be the best thing and I will help you spread the bad experience you had with this company...Good Luck to you..

This guy is awesome. He came through for us and our important event. He has been recommended over and over so finally I came to see for myself. He is very professional, he offers great ideas, he can do any kind of cake and they taste great. He will also provide catering if needed. I did not know that and someone else said he is absolutely great. I went in with short notice and he assured me that he would help and he did! Many compliments from all our guests...look forward to more events to come. Thank you to Sonny and his staff for a great event! I don't know why anyone would go anywhere else. He was great! Thank you!

unprofessional, not on time, 2 hours late for wedding, food cold and awful!! We couldn't even eat it. Do not hire these guys they are a bunch of glowns especially the owner!!! This place is a joke of a business.

THIS GUY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND WON'T COME THROUGH WITH THE SERVICE YOU NEED!!!!! HE HAS NO FEELINGS FOR ANYONE AND IS WILLING TO DESTORY THE BEST DAY OF YOUR LIFE WITHOUT THINKING TWICE. SO DON'T BOOK THIS GUY, LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

I just saw this guy on christinas court on fox and he screwed over a couple and didnt show up at a wedding after he recieved a 700 hundred dollar deposit so if i were you i would call someone else
