This is the worst property management company to go through. Renter beware! We own a house in El Paso and hired Action Real Property/Belinda to manage our property. We should have continued renting it out on our own. We would have had better luck and would have saved a lot of money, hassle, and headaches. Let me first say that there is no communication from this company. The last renters that resided in my property never paid on time and was often three to four weeks behind in rent. ARP would never call or email to give us any kind of update. I would have to call them, usually several times, to see if the rent had been paid and if we could expect to see the payment anytime soon. On multiple occasions, I would call and ask for Belinda directly. I was always told that she was out of the office or in a meeting and that she would call me back. She never did. I would call ARP back a couple days later and the same thing would happen. Don’t get me wrong…the admin staff answering the phone tried to help as much as they could but really, they can’t force their boss to return phone calls.



Our most recent dealings with ARP happened when the old tenant moved out. It took them a couple of months to rent our home out. When I was managing the property rental on my own, it was rented out within a couple of weeks. We couldn’t understand why it was taking so long but we would soon find out. We received an email from ARP asking if we could lower our rent payment. Because it had been sitting vacant for so long, we agreed. What we did not expect were the repair bills that started piling in from ARP. Apparently the new carpet, countertops, and blinds were damaged and needed to be replaced. The blinds were over $100 for each window and they were replaced with the cheap $5 blinds from Home Depot/Lowes. We received pictures of major ceiling damage, dented and scuffed walls, warped countertops, broken wood blinds, water soaked baseboards, blinds from the upstairs bedrooms being replaced with paper accordion blinds, etc. No wonder no one wanted to rent it. It looked like crap! When we questioned ARP (after pulling teeth to hear back from anyone), we were told it was their policy not to make any repairs until the new renters moved in. On top of everything else, we were charged a cleaning fee and a 10% fee from ARP for the price of all the repairs that were done. This has been a major headache.



So if you are thinking of renting out your home, please beware of going through Belinda and Action Real Property. They are a joke and not worth the money.

ARP has been a great asset to my wife and I. We previously tried to rent out one of our homes without a property manager, and it was a disaster-damaged carpets, lawn, sprinkler system, late rent repeatedly, etc. ARP came to our rescue and found good renters, and has re-contracted good renters ever since. We have a second home rented by ARP, and we always find that Belinda and her associates are top notch-pros in both marketing properties, finding and keeping good renters, and maintaining our rental properties. They are always prompt and find time to answer any questions we have.

My experience with ARP has been pretty good. They are nice, informative, and quick. I believe the agent who assisted us was also the manager and he was helpful. I am happy with ARP and will recommend them. They are an excellent company.

I am in the United States ARMY, and once we found out that we were going to do a Permanent Change of Station. We had hear many great things about Belinda McKay through some close friends. We decided to proceed with ARP and were immediately impressed with Mrs. McKay's professionalism.

Once we moved we were concerned about getting tenants in, our house was rented in two weeks. The transition was seamless and we were always kept informed about the status with our property. Being a service member having the peace of mind knowing that everything is taken care of for you is a great plus.

ARP is a great company to work with. Belinda took care of my family and I without hesitation anytime we had an issue. The customer service that ARP provides is hard to find these days and it's nice to know there are people who care. I would recommend ARP to anyone.

I have been client with ARP for little over a year. When first choosing a property managament company I heard of ARP for a friend. I have been extremely pleased with ARP. They are have courtious and professional when answering the phone and with allover conversations. I feel the management fee is appropate for the rent I recieve. They make the landlord free stress free about the rental property. I am extreme plesed with ARP.

I currently live out of town and was renting out my house but I was having issues with my tenants so I decided to hire a property manager to take over. I wanted a good Property Manager that I would feel comfortable enough to manage my house and made sure everything was taken care of. From the 1st day I signed the contract Belinda was very pleasant and professional. Anytime I had questions about something I was able to contact Belinda or her assistant Kimmie and they were very quick to respond. I enjoy having her as my property manager and even recommended her to some of our military friends.

Belinda has offer us great services for a very fair price for all the work that her and her staff do. I have recommended her to my family and friends. My sister took my word for it, sat with her to discuss her services and now she is managing my sister's two properties.

Wonderful company to work with and Belinda's customer service is wonderful. Our house was lease sooner than what we expected could not be happier!

Belinda set me at ease from the beginning by helping me select my rates, accommodating my needs when selecting a family to rent, and keeping my home filled with tenants every month since my home has been for rent. Even when deployed she was very easy to get a hold of. Always returns calls, texts, and e-mails same-day. I highly recommend her to friends and will continue to do so.

My wife and I have been with Belinda McKay and ARP for over five years. If I was not impressed I would have left long ago, but my wife and I are totally impressed. We have even recommended her to friends and family. The rental rate that she has given us (10%) is quite a value. She has marketed our property well and it is always rented. I do not remember a period longer than 20 -30 days that it has not been rented. She is very prompt to notify us of issues and quickly handles concerns with our property. Recently, she handled a traumatic event with our renters even though she was out of town. We were impressed with her empathy and bias for action during this trying time. Before renting out our home, my husband and I contacted several businesses known for renting homes. When we came across ARP, we pretty much new immediately that this is who we were going to go with. They were very professional, personable, time mannerly and affordable, just to name a few.
