I was referred to this shuttle service to bring us from El Paso, TX to Ciudad Juarez. I called about a week in advance and scheduled a shuttle to pick us up at the airport. When we landed I called per her request, to meet up somewhere at the airport and she was in Ciudad Juarez and said we'd have to wait an hour. We waited being that was really our only option. She was very friendly upon arrival and helped us load our luggage into her SUV. She was apologetic that something had come up leaving us to wait for her. She even stopped at the corner store allowing us to grab some food and drinks for the night before bringing us to our hotel. When I had made the reservation I had told her which hotel we were staying at and there was no question about it when she picked us up. After she dropped us off and left quickly, we found out she had brought us to the wrong hotel. There is more than one City Express hotel in Ciudad Juarez just so people know. We ended up staying at the one we were dropped off at and cancelling our other reservation... We were traveling with an infant and he was melting down from the 12 hours of traveling. It was worth the cancelation fee to just stay put. Overall the shuttle service was friendly and accomodating.

I used American Shuttle in the first week of December 2012 to travel to and from Ciudad Juarez. Coming from the US to go to accompany my wife (applying for immigrant visa with the Consulate in Juarez) was a nerve-testing experience. Prior to the trip, I searched for various shuttles in El Paso who could take me accross on Day 1 and then pick me up in Juarez on Day 4 to bring me back to El Paso. American shuttle was by far the most responsive and customer-oriented of them. The service was good and the driver was willing to be flexible to accommodate my pick up (airport) and drop off (Hotel) locations in Juarez.



If you have to travel to Juarez (especially to do the obligatory Consulate thing) consider American Shuttle as a way to achieve peace of mind during the transit portion of your trip.
