Provided by YPmobileMade an appointment at 9:30am, was not called in by 11:30am. I asked for refund because I saw people who entered an hour after me get called in and leave before I was ever called in. I don't know why they make appointments if they don't keep them. If I could give it a lower rating than 1 star I would.
