I am horrified by the treatment I received. "Lucia," (she refused to give me her last name) a woman claiming to be the owner of Airport Flowers called to yell, berate and threaten me because I was not satisfied with the arrangement I received.

I ordered through Teleflora, when the arrangement arrived it was disappointing. I called Teleflora to ask about my options. I chose to receive a partial refund as I would not be home to wait for Airport Flowers to pick up the arrangement.

30 minutes later "Lucia" called and insisted that I return the flowers so that she could fight for a refund from Teleflora. I explained my situation and that I arranged to receive a partial refund from Teleflora she became irate, began to yell at me and finally threatened to fight for a refund from Teleflora and fight me to ensure that I would not receive my partial refund.



Although I did not choose this florist, I strongly urge others to avoid conducting business with such a highly unprofessional company.

I ordered a valentines arrangm...

I ordered a valentines arrangment of roses on February 7. That is one week in advance. Valentines day comes around my wife is at work watching her co-workers receive their gifts. I call the Airport Flower Shop at 11 a.m. they told me that my order was on the afternoon truck to be delivered by 4 p.m. Angry that I had placed the order a week in advance but also being understanding that this is an extremely busy time of year for florist, I agreed. My wife calls me at 4:15 p.m. she still has not received her flowers, oh yeah and by this time of course the suprise is out of it. I call the Airport Florist Shop, after waiting on hold for 10 minutes they finally found my order. I was told the truck's transmission went out. That would have been a good reason, except that my wife works less than a mile away. Hell I could have walked them there. Also does no one at the flower shop own a car? Why did no one call me before this and tell me the truck was down? I would have came and taken them to my wife myself. Valentine's Day is completely ruined thanks to Airport Flower Shop. They deserve a 1/4 star rating, HORRIBLE!!!!!
