Avoid this travel agency because of their business practices. The agency fails to take responsibility for their own errors saying that even when they enter incorrect dates the customer is responsible for catching these errors and correcting it. My elderly friend recently requested a 10 day round trip ticket to Mexico and they keyed in 1 day instead and they never verbally confirmed or checked this with him before ticketing. When he realized the error a day later they said he would have to pay the $150 reticketing fee because he had signed the paper with the incorrect date. A terrible thing to do to any customer but an 86 year old retiree on a fixed income is beyond comprehensible.

They booked an airline ticket to Mexico for my friend for 1 day instead of 10 because of a keying error and when he discovered it they said he would be responsible for paying the ticket change fee because he approved it on the paper which they casually had him sign. A professional and competent agent would take the time to enter the dates correctly and then verbally confirm with the customer that those are the dates they are wishing. Neither of those things happened and when it came to taking professional responsibility they chose to say he should have discovered the error and corrected them. These are some of the worst business practices.
