Clean, secure place. The couple, in charge are nice, kind People. I had to be a few days late one month. Thought I would get nailed with additional fees. No penalties, I paid the same price. Great place

If you need a great storage place to put your stuff , this is the customer service experince you can be proud of , I felt very comforble and well taken care of as a new customer , they are not pricey like the one across the street

It has been the greatest storage experience I've ever had. The young couple managing the place are so nice and very helpful. They gave me a great rate and I have three very convenient ways to pay monthly. The facility has easy access hours and is located conveniently on Thunderbird in El Mirage. The paperwork to rent a unit only took about 10 min out of my busy schedule. On top of their great rates they offer several ways to save more!! Stop by and ask how! The units are kept very clean .this is the best storage place I've ever rented at and I've had many over the years.

I've relocated and had to leave some belongings behind. The staff has been great working with me.

This place is AWESOME!!! I have rented storages for the past 17 years & Joey & Ashley have gone out of their way to give great customer service, work with my bank, & get me the best deal they could. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to ANYONE looking for storage!!

I walked in and was greeted with a "Hello, Can I help you?".....The couple were very kind. The gentleman drove me around in the cart to take a look at the different sizes of units...I didnt feel rushed to hurry and look and he answered all my questions. The units were also very clean. The paperwork was fast and everything was explained in detail. Thanks!!!!
