I was happy initially with the office people - Leann - who were gracious and helpful and responded very quickly to my emails/phone calls and questions. So easy to deal with them. However, on the day of my wedding - which was being held at my son's home - the drive called me to notify me that he was on his way to deliver, so I told him that I would not be there yet, but my son would. So, very sarcastically he said, OH! your son will give me $95 cash then!!?....and I told him NO, I prepaid and he should check with Leann at the office. He Said "I will then" -very angrily. My impression of this disagreeable man was that (1) he hates his life (2) he hates his job (3) he doesn't understand even the basics of good customer service. Obviously he has not made the connection between a happy customer and his paycheck. This was my wedding day, and the last thing I wanted to deal with was an angry person who is so miserable. Then when they arrived, they would not bring the chairs in the house. So we had to do that in 115 heat. I made the comment to the other worker that I intended to complain about the driver's attitude. So of course the drive called me 20 minutes later apologizing like crazy. I am glad that he did, and I took the opportunity to give him a short education on the value of customer service in a poor economy. I think he may have understood. His attitude has made me hesitant as to whether I will use his company again, because I don't want to have to deal with this again.

I have been extremely happy with the service that Party Rentals AZ gave me in the past four years. I always have found them courteous and kind. Good salesman, and great service. On time with both delivery and pick up
