On Thursday, May 06 2021 at approximately 17:00 hours, my wife and I went to Sky Sushi restaurant located at 3907 Park Dr El Dorado Hills, CA 95762. We ordered several items from the menu including the following: Crispy Softshell Crab appetizers,BBQ Albacore Entree, a Small Sashimi Combo of raw fish including tuna, salmon and other fishes, a couple of rolls including one by the name of Who's Your Daddy, two hand rolls, one with spicy tuna the other with eel and a few more rolls to go. The whole bill with tips was $150.00 dollars.
We left the restaurant around 18:00 hours and went to watch the Union Mine High vs Bradshaw High soccer game. While we were there, we suddenly got very sick. We were extremely uncomfortable during the rest of the game and had to hurry up to get home at the end of the event. After getting home both my wife and I spent the rest of the night with headaches, abdominal pain, nausea and diarrhea. The following morning on Friday, May 07 20121, we were still very uncomfortable. Around 17:00 hours on that day, we called the restaurant and asked to speak to the manager. We were given the run around for about 20 minutes by the lady on the phone saying that the manager was unavailable. We finally spoke to a gentleman by the name of Nick who basically told us he would call us back but that he had to first check if there had been any other calls from clients complaining of food poisoning. It is Saturday May 08, 2021, 16:00 hours and we still not feeling well. Nick just called and apparently was reluctant to give us our money back. He just offered to comp us for the couple of rolls that probably got us sick in the first place. Unbelievable!! Like we really want to try that place again. Next step, the El Dorado County Health Department and disputing the charges with our bank. I am sure Mr. Won Young Hwang, the owner and CEO of the place will be very happy when he finds out about the whole thing.

This sushi is by far the best around, but the service is usually not the greatest the music is way too loud, and it's genre of music not to mention is something you would hear at a nite club in downtown sacramento. So the dine in experience sucks. I recommend pick up but make sure you pick it up and eat it right away or it tastes extra mushy.
