Called to ask for amount due but I was put on hold quicker than the minute man does. Not even sure I called the right place since the woman who answered wasn't on the line long enough for me to comprehend what she said. After 15 minutes on hold, I decided to hang up. Extremely unprofessional. Guess I will be voting for a NEW tax collector in the future. Thanks Dorothy Raley.
