Pacific MDF Products is the manufacturer of PacTrim mouldings. The company maintains manufacturing plants in El Dorado, Ark.; Rocklin, Calif.; Clio, S.C.; and one in Edmonton, Canada, under the name Canadian MDF Products. PacTrim mouldings are manufactured from medium-density fiberboard that is treated with PacPrime, a unique coating that accepts any type of construction-grade paint. Medium-density fiberboard is a composite panel products that is manufactured from wood fiber combined with resin and bonded together under heat and pressure. The resulting product is an environmentally-friendly material that is made from wood and wood by-products that wood otherwise become waste in a landfill. Pacific MDF Products manufactures several different PacTrim products, such as bases, casings, crowns, chair rails, jambs and stools.
