Worse place ever,the coin machine took my money (10$)and wouldn't give me any quarters,most of the washers don't work,one of the washers took our 3.50 because it didn't work.I called the number listed online and it's disconnected so no way to reach the owner.I called EPD and Chamber of commerce trying to figure out how to get in touch with someone.Me personally don't recommend this laundromat to anyone,not only will it take your money it's also expensive.

First off, most of the machines are broken. 23 only 6 out of 30 dryers work. The same can be said about the washers. I put a triple load in the triple washer and the owner (who I know is the owner since I heard him cussing on his phone to someone) accused me of putting too many clothes in the triple washer. It's hard to believe that a triple load washer can't handle a triple load. He then made a comment about costing him money. I was only here to catch up on the home laundry. It will be the last time I ever come here.

I have had a couple of dealings with this business and the manager is very rude so won't ever get my business again

If you live in El Dorado, you only have 3 choices for laundromats. There's only 2 choices if you want one that has someone working there. Northwest laundromat is very large and SAFE and has TONS of front loaders. There are single front loaders, triple front loaders, and a couple of 5 or 6x load front loaders, and they're ALL industrial front loaders. They have 3 enormous dryers(though a bit expensive $1.00 just to start it) and tons of other large dryers. They also have dryers that are specifically for Oil Workers' clothes!! Which I thought was amazing since none of the others have even allow their clothes at all!! To be honest, there are a few washers and dryers that are "out of order", but there are so many washers and dryers that it's not even an issue. They have lot's of folding tables, and laundry carts, and trash cans everywhere . If you're bringing kids, they've got a great snack machine. They also have the earliest and latest hours. Northwest Laundromat is the BEST!!

Wow terrible service I seriously don't know why this place is still running.Place has establishment hours at the front window which says that it closes at 9 and I arrived at 8:20, and the so called owner kicks me out while i was drying my clothes (note) I was just going to dry!! And tells me how I sneeked in...seriously? The door was open and the the establishment says it closes at 9pm!!! Wow not to mention more than have of the machines dont work! Never in my life have i experienced such rude service! This place deserves no stars
