I have taken my Snorkie to several different places in El Dorado and for the first time when I picked her up, she came walking out happy and not shaking so bad she was sick all evening. I was very pleased with their service and the people were very plesent to deal with.

Be careful taking your loved dog or puppy here for grooming. I took my Bischon in for a groomng yesterday, she had a lot of bad tangles and I instructed them not to cut all of her hair off and if knots left we would deal with that when I got her home. I picked her up the same day they had skinned her no hair left but on her tail, did not recognized her. The groomer had clipped her tongue and it was bleeding. Was told she would shake her head due to pulling the hairs out of her ears, did not realize they had clipped the tips of both ears and they bled, her inner ears had also been bleeding. My dog did not sleep at all last pm. We now have her on antibiotics for ears. They did not charge me for this mess they made but would have been glad to pay and save my dog such pain. Will never use Barkingham again, very bad expericence. Also my cocker was to have a cocker cut and the straight cut was wavy. Just be aware all that glitters is not gold.

Professional Staff. Love dogs. The animals all seem to enjoy a return trip. They have training classes that are effective and enjoyable for the owner and pet. Offered are several boarding options that include on-line monitoring of the pet. normally, they can accomodate requests without a reservation. Busy times, such as Spring Break, may require a reservation. Highly recommended in this area to residents or those that are passing through the area and need a spot to care for their companion.
