I am not sure why I keep going to this dealership for service . Today I was there at 9am when they opened and I spoke to Chris. The cigarette lighter on my car is not working so I cannot charge my GPS or phone while I am commuting to and from work. He checked it and told me he does now know what's wrong with it but he cannot check it today because today it by appointments only. I am surprised for such a big dealship that they cannot fit in non-appointment customers like other dealerships.
