Very pleased!

We had the carpets done in our home and was very pleased with the results. Charles also cleaned the sofa and love seat. This company is very dedicated to their job and customers. Charles explained everything he would do prior to the job. When he was done the house just smelled clean! We were very happy with his job. So much in fact, we had him clean my mother in laws house. She was so happy to have her carpets clean for the first time in years. She told me this was the first time in years she was not embarrassed to have company over. We will be using Enviro-tech again.

This company cleans our offices on a continuing basis and has cleaned our home.

The work done is very professional, I would recommend them to any of my friends.

Carpets get dirty, some clean easier than others, but the results are always the same.....great.

I recently had enviro tech solutions come out and clean the carpets in my home. I have small children that have created stains on the carpets in my home. I was very satisfied with the work that was done in my home and look forward to having them come out again for quite a few of their services.

Just to let you know...this is a real review of a company that cleaned my carpets yesterday 11/16/09. Not only did these people shampoo my carpets to perfection in three rooms for $125.00, but they threw in the last room for another $40.00. On my budget, it was really a blessing to be able to get this work done. I am impressed with every aspect of this company, and I'll be calling on them again to clean the carpets in a few months. My two little kids are gonna see to it .

Some people can never be satisfied, but I did want my home cleaned to my specifications. The contractor of this company discussed every aspect of my home's cleaning, and explained to me that there were service upgrade options available for services not covered by the initial contract. Number one, even though I had to pay an additional fee for having my oven cleaned, it was money well spent. My refrigerator and microwave were equally in need of professional attention, and I was glad that I invested just a bit more to get everything done precisely as I wanted them to be done. They met my expectations and delivered what I specified. I believe that in life, you get what you pay for, so if I had to spend a bit more, I don't mind because I'm worth it.

At first I gave this business a high rating, because I trusted that the owner had delivered what he said he would, which was a totally clean house in which every furniture item, wall, cabinet, room, floor, vent, picture frame, blinds, windows, ceiling fans, and carpet had been cleaned & sanitized. The owner is a very nice gentleman who seemed like he was eager to please. He acted in a professional manner & was articulate. He worked very hard, but in the end, he could not deliver what he promised. I think the problem was the fact that his work crew didn't work out. He was supposed to have two workers there all day, but one only stayed 4 hours, the other about 2 hours, and the job was not nearly completed. The work crew were temporary workers and not employed by his business. The work that was completed was done well. What I was dissatisfied with was the fact that over half the work was not completed even though I was told by the owner that it was. The job was supposed to take 6-8 hours, but after 8 hours the job was not nearly completed. The owner agreed to come back the next day & finish the job by himself. I sent him an email that evening with a list of the things he had promised to do in each room that were not done so that there would be no confusion about what my expectations were. I expected that list to take him the greater part of the second day since he was working alone. However, after 1 hour, he called to say he was finished. When I went to the house, I found things not done & he worked another hour then said he was finished. I asked him if he had done everything on the email list and he said yes. I was not able to inspect the house completely that day because of another appointment I had at that same time, so I paid him taking him at his word as he seemed like an honest person. When I went to the house a few days later, I was surprised to find that most of the work still had not been done. No walls had been wiped. The counters were not wiped in the kitchen. The baseboards were not cleaned. The splashboard behind the stove was not cleaned. The hood vent was not cleaned. The floors had not been mopped. The outside of the cabinets had not been wiped. The walls behind the commodes in both bathrooms had not been wiped. The shower tiles & bathtub in one bathroom had not been cleaned. The outside of the cabinets had not been wiped. Nothing was done in the laundry room. I could have hired a maid service for 4 days for the money I paid this service for 10 hours of work. I would not use this service again. I was very disappointed in the job done considering what is promised on this business's website and what was promised to me after 4-5 discussions beforehand on the telephone with the owner. I learned a very hard lesson by hiring this company.

This company is exceptional. From every facet of the job, they were professional, and the end result was highly pleasing. I am planning to have them come in twice a month, because they are so good, we can keep the house nice for at least a couple of weeks ourselves. And they fit my budget just right.

Initially, I want to say that I normally don't provide reviews for companies or individuals, but I have to share this with you all. First of all, I was greeted punctually by this company's gen. contractor, and every phase of my cleaning expectations was thouroughly discussed. When the actual work began, I was not at home of course, but when I came home, I was amazed. It didn't even look like my house. I mean everything in the house was clean ! . The ceiling fans and ventilation ducts had been cleaned, the walls sanitized, the windows and windowsills cleaned both inside and out,the carpets shampooed, the tile laminate had a fresh sheen of wax on it, and my upholstery had been sanitized. Also, special attention had been paid to my restroom areas, and the kitchen was the cleanest I have ever imagined it could be. These peope were professional, courteous, and very thourough. I plan on having them provide me with bi-monthly services.
