I love their flexibility in scheduling appointments. Helps me with work since I just can' miss a lot of time. They work around it.

I came here to have my wisdom teeth taken out. I was concerned about the potential pain of the procedure, but the doctor was very gentle and I was pleasantly surprised.

He does great work and he's very straightforward talking with me. I'm completely comfortable when he's working on me.

I love the short wait times here. A couple times I've come in with terrible pain and they get me right in. It's what I like best about this practice.

I never have to wait here. Quite a few times I've arrived in pain and they get me in as quick as anybody. That's what I like the best, minimal wait times.

Dr. Gadler and his staff are great over there at Fletcher Hills Dental!!! I wish there was a better word than amazing to describe his services and the way I was treated!!! I had dental implants, and I was very nervous until he explained the whole process to me step by step and also showed me a informative video that showed me what to expect, which was awesome! Best Oral Surgeon in El Cajon!!!

Dr. Gadler is Amazing!!! He has made me extremely happy and I'm sure he has to his other patients in El Cajon as well. I am very satisfied with his dental work! He gave me dental implants (upper and bottom), and he always explained all the procedures and treatments so I have a better understanding of whats going on, step-by-step process too, so I know what to expect. I cannot wait to show off my new smile!
