I rented a tux for my son’s prom. He was fitted and a pin was used to indicate the necessary alteration of the sleeves. The last thing my son did the day of his prom was to put the jacket on. The sleeves were 4-5 inches too short! The alteration was never done!! We found the pin still in the sleeve marking the proper length. Because I had to rip out the seams, re stitch to proper length and then press both sleeves, my son was late.

I was given an apology and $20 refund. I do not believe this covers the consequences of the poor service. I will not use this business again. Lesson learned.
