Worst customer service ever. Dont bother buying a bike from a place that dont listen to their customers and gives you bad attitude. There are plenty of good dealer around. Avoid at all cost.

I had talked to different dealerships about doing some California legal engine upgrades and was disapointed with unknown prices and time frames , one southbay dealership didn't even know the information in the Harley factory Tech spread sheets from the SE Catalog . After a friend told me El Cajon Harley was under new management , I went and met Matt at the service dept. I got more encouraging responses to my questions ,so I set up my appointment . Needless to say not only was the cost accurate to what I was told , it was done when he told me it would be . My bike runs GREAT and I was so pleased I went back and had more work done .I talked to Derrick and Janet in the Parts Dept. and they worked with me to pick out the handlebars and accessories that best fit my needs and budget . All said and done , this was one of the best experiences with a dealership I ever had ,and I will highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great motorcycle parts and service

Ricky Estrada is truly an asset to the Harley Company. He is extremely knowledgable and very friendly. I enjoy going into Harley and getting the up most customer service from Ricky. I give him a 5 STAR rating!

have never had a better experience in my life in buying something than when I purchased my first Harley from El Cajon Harley Davidson. The very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, no pressure staff was spot on in the entire purchasing experience. Dennis is a great salesman, he explained the Harley back round and was very helpful in helping me choose the perfect bike that fit me. Greg was great in working with me on my finance needs and never quit until I was happy with what I was buying. I think Car dealerships could learn a lot from El Cajon Harley. Car dealers see you as dollar signs and we usually can always see through their kindness and realize that before we leave, but here you feel like family even after you leave. I highly recommend you give this place a try if your looking for a new bike.
