Great customer service. They helped me on a sunday. The part was ordered Sunday and was in first thing Monday morning.

I submitted a quote request online and within about an hour I received a call from Tony. Over the phone I was quoted a charge of $547 dollars; I thought that was great and scheduled an appointment for Friday 4/22/16. The installers came to my home on time, I called Tony and asked if they offered a AAA discount and he said they did and just to tell the installer to call him and he will adjust the bill by 5%. I spoke with the installer and he agreed that he would call Tony. Well, when I was presented the actual invoice the bill was not $547 as quoted but $714. The installer got Tony on the phone and that started a tirade of arguments between Tony and myself over the fact that he was adding on taxes to the equipment and a $300 installation fee and a $25.90 disposal fee and none of these charges were part of the quote he gave me over the phone.

I highly recommend that any dealings with this company are clarified in writing before scheduling an install.

They come to you! Great, quality work, and friendly. I had my windshield replaced by them last week. A couple days later I noticed a tiny distortion in the glass (not due to their work, but a flaw in the glass). I called them about it and they were out the next day and replaced the windshield, at no cost to me. Could not be happier!

Wonderful, Friendly, and Knowledgeable Company: My husband had the rear glass seal replaced on his truck by Budget Auto Glass for a great price, when we were told by another auto glass company the "entire glass" would have to be replaced! Not to mention same day service was not available at the other auto glass company. Here, the glass did NOT need to be replaced, they were very prompt, and we had instant service! I highly recommend Budget Auto Glass to anyone no matter how big or small the job!!!

Andrew and Alex came to our house and replaced the windshield on our BMW. They also buffed the headlights so they look like they're brand new. I will highly recommend this company and these two guys to anyone.

I worked as a mechanic for many years and I have taken apart many door panels and replaced windows. I have never or never seen anybody take one apart so fast and have it done so fast while being careful. My car is a beat up old 1988 Honda and the repairman treated it like it was brand new. All I can say is there is no reason to look anywhere else for glass repair.

They were punctual and professional. Very competitive pricing and excellent, thorough work, not one complaint here. Called around noon on a Saturday.
