I needed the awning replaced on my trailer . I called Camping World as well as Jones RV. Both were close in price. I chose Jones RV. I took the trailer to Jones and had a new awning installed. Awning looks good, works great. The install was clean, neat, and done right at a fair price. Thanks Mr Jones.

These guys charged $500 to fix a propane leak on my furnace, then reinstalled it, and it still had a propane leak. So I pulled the furnace back out myself and found the leak instantly and I have no experience with furnaces. They then told me it was going to cost another $100 to fix the real problem. Bought the replacement part and fixed it myself, cost $40 and took 10 minutes to fix. They offered no refund and made no attempt to right their wrong. The repair made was also lazy, I did most of the work for him, and he tracked mud all over my new trailer. After everything was said and done I discovered I could of bought a new furnace for $500, which is what they charged to fix mine, which they failed to do. I was out $500 and got nothing.
