I can I tell you they were the best used another company before. Wow night and day. Acparty.com. Ask for Lisa she was great.

Went in to rent close to $1000 worth of items to be told at the end that they couldn't deliver!!! The lady that was helping us seemed a bit irritated because we had many questions. (That's your job) She then wanted to keep telling us Your total is at this price we never asked Houw much we knew we needed the items. We felt rush especially when she gave Us a final total and we weren't finish hope she wasn't the manager but I'm sure she doesn't work on commission. I called to ask a question same attitude. I only decided to write this review today only because I know that from time to time people may be going through something but after the phone call it makes me think this is a everyday thing for her!!!

Poor customer service. Short story I found out the week of my wedding that my church had mold an had to cancel my reception there and therefore meant i had to cancel my rental. I couldn't get any percentage of my Money back. They could have kept the deposit an returned the rest. But that would require actually caring about the customer an not their profits. My family has been dealing with this company for years and have spent thousands over the last 3 years renting an some consideration for what the family is going through could have been shown. I will no longer be referring this place to anyone. Besides $60 to deliver down the street is a bit excessive. Fro me a party only charges $20. I only picked this place because this is where my family has always gone time for a change I guess.

I used them for my graduation party. I am so happy I did they were great. I had the big tent and chairs and tables with tableclothes I am more then satified Thanks again
