Exceptional service!!! Jeff made my refinance as seamless as possible. Answered all questions regardless of time, day or night, and was a complete professional. Wouldn't hesitate to work with him again.

I was in a place wherein I needed to refinance my mortgage and just couldn't find anyone I was ready to do business with. Well did I find a diamond in the rough in Mr. Jeff Beck. His calming demeanor along with extreme knowledge made my refi experience second to none. He made the process simple, painless and seamless. I have already recommended Jeff to other family members and friends. I without any reservation will use Mr. Beck again and trust that you will be satisfied beyond you highest expectations.

Jeff did a great job condensing the information and taking us through the process quickly and efficiently. He let us know the numbers up front and there weren't any hidden fees. He answered all of our questions without hesitation and was able to get us a great rate, even as first-time home buyers. When it came to refinancing, he was right there, on top of it all and approached us with the opportunity. We were were able to lock in a lower rate, lower our monthly payments, AND save 5 years on our mortgage!

We were watching a home for almost a year on Zillow. Our only hold-up was that it was a bit out of our price range. Suddenly and surprisingly... the price dropped!! We had asked our realtor for a reference and he recommended Donna. Thank goodness!! Our seller was very demanding and seemingly expected the process to happen overnight. Well... it didn't happen overnight, but this amazing lady pulled off the impossible. WE CLOSED ON OUR NEW HOME IN 12 DAYS!! That was from offer to close and with the best rates possible! A year later and she handled two refinances for us back to back on both of our properties in less than 30 days in the middle of a pandemic! Needless to say, I highly recommend Donna Martindale for all your mortgage needs. She is the absolute BEST at what she does.

I usually don't write reviews but in this case I felt like I needed to. Jeff Beck and his team did an outstanding job getting my family a great VA loan on a new home. He truly went above and beyond to get us a great deal. From the first time we spoke on the phone he was very attentive and guided me through the entire process. He kept me informed of any updates and was always easy to get in touch with. I cant stress enough how painless of a process it was. From the time the seller accepted our offer we were able to close within 30 days. I am a veteran of the United States Army and I recommend any veteran or anyone else who is looking to buy a home in the Metro East area to give Jeff a call.

Jeff Beck was the best! He went above and beyond to help us get the best rate. As a first time homebuyer, I had a TON of questions. Jeff was patient and found the perfect home loan program for our situation. Jeff has access to loan programs my bank didn’t - even with good credit I got a much better rate. Jeff and his team were with us every step of the way and even responded on weekends and after hours. We are so happy with the purchase of our new home and am truly thankful for Jeff and his team in making it happen!

Very poor communication. Did not want to compete with other lending establishments as far as interest rate and closing fees.
