I can't speak about the grooming, but DO NOT board your dogs here! We boarded our two dogs here for less than a week and when we got back, they had changed completely! I can only assume what had happened, but not only had our two dogs become aggressive against one another, but for the next three days, one of our dogs became extremely nervous and even cowered when we came to pick her up. Just think twice before you leave your pets here.

I was touring the place before boarding my animal, and as I was touring, the kennels were noticably small for my big great danes. I had to board both animals in seperate runs. When I was waiting outside for the other customers to check in their animals, I noticed through the blinds that the Master Groomer Deanna was abusing one of the animals by pushing the dog off of the table and then proceeded to pull the dogs feet CHOKING THE ANIMAL BY THE NECK USING THE LEASH WHILE TIED TO THE GROOMER ARM! THE OWNER WAS PRESENT IN THE ROOM, WATCHING! ######DO NOT BOARD YOUR ANIMALS HERE!!!!! I IMMEDIATELY BOARDED MY DOG ELSEWHERE!
