They refuse to see you if you have a 20 year old bill that wasn't paid, rather you knew about it or not.. I was 17 back then and it was never sent to collection's in which it would have been paid when I hired Lexington Law. This place is a money hungry joke and doesn't give 2 sh*ts if you die today as long as they have your last dime. How is this place still practicing?? More like malpractice!

I just moved to Edmonds, caught a cold that progressed to something more serious. I am also a Diabetic on an insulin pump. I went to the Edmonds Family Medicine walk-in clinic this afternoon because I was really sick. The receptionist turned me away clainming the pratice is not accepting new Medicare patients. Felt like real Age discrimination to me.

I have been using EFMC since 1996. I receive annual physicals, treatment for disease issues, various tests including MRIs, and occasional emergent care. Each visit has been pleasant. My primary doctor is Donald Moe, but I have seen others. I have recommended Dr Moe to friends and at least one friend sees Dr Moe regularly. No one here ever seemed unprofessional or uncaring. My wife, a diabetic, visits Susan Quistgaard, and my wife is very pleased with her care. Dr Quistgaard is attentive to my wife's needs, and my wife says that she would recommend Quistgaard to anyone in need of care.

She doesn't ask enough question about every day things. Like medications, how are you feeling today (when I had a physical). Seems AT a physical that would be a good question. It was just a vague visit, and felt like it was "barely" a physical. Love Edmonds Family Medicine however!! But I'm beginning to think w/their computers in front of their face (either holding them or lap-top). It's kind of the way it is, they don't really look at you. Until, later in the visit. It's a convenient wall, to keep patient and dr. at a distance, in my opion??

She has been my primary caregiver for years and has always been attentive, patient, and reasonable. When I saw her for a check up a few years ago, she noticed a wound on my leg that wasn't healing well. She left the exam room and immediately scheduled me for the next morning at the wound clinic at Stevens Hospital, even though I was seeing her after hours. She had to call the exchange, get their dr. on the line and get me in, all way above the call of duty! Dr. Quistgaard probably saved me additional months of pain and tissue loss by caring and being observant. I think she's awesome!

I totally agree with the 9/29/09 review of Susanne Quistgaard-everything that person writes is true about "dr." Quistgaard. Is this woman even a doctor? I also repeat Stay Away from Susanne Quistgaard--a very, very dangerous MD.

I went to this clinic for the second time and found out that they are horrible. I saw Dr Hanson and he was very rude and could care less what I had to say. He seemed like he hated his job and just was there to order every test in the world even if it didn't need to be done. Watch out for him!!! I wouldn't trust him with my LIFE!!!

I am happy with the service I have received from Dr. Olsson at The Renewal Center Medical Spa. The office is small and personable. I have visited several med spas over the years and feel the services and care I have received at their clinic are far superior to the more well known med spas I have gone to in the past. in just one laser treatment I have far less noticeable scarring. Dr. Olsson seems more knowledgeable and truly passionate about my progress. My skin is looking and feeling better than ever. I am happy I found a medical spa that I can trust.

I have been going to the Medical Spa " The Renewal Center". Dr. Olsson is great. I have visited many other medical spas in the last couple years, and I am most impressed with the care I have received in his clinic. Dr. Olssen is honest and truly passionate about what he is doing. I don't feel oversold and my skin has never looked better.

In general very nice and professional people except bookkeeping department.I have been seeing their Physicians for about 2 years but when I have to deal with bookkeeping it always turn in a nightmare. I am not sure I will continue to use their service because of the inconvenience provided by BOOKKEEPING department.

Not a good place to go for medical care. STAY AWAY from Susanne Quistgaard if you value your health/life. She does not listen, types throughout your whole appointment, refers, refers and refers. I repeat STAY AWAY from SUSANNE QUISTGAARD.

Not every doctor in a clinic can be five star, but Edmonds Family Medicine is an excellent choice for medical services. The clinic features a large selection of specialists and generalists along with an on-site lab and pharmacy. There are also nearby additional specialists to whom you can be referred. In addition, the emergency drop-in clinic is invaluable for those accidents or sudden illnesses that keep you out of school or work, but are not severe enough for the emergency room. (As you would at any clinic, be sure to check out the individual doctor ahead of time.)

I have had positive and negative experiences at Edmonds Family Medical. On the plus side, they have a great walk-in clinic. Although you often have to wait, they will fit you in. Back when I first started going I found a primary care physician that I loved, but she moved out of country short after we initially met. Since then, I have not been able to find another doctor I click with. I have seen numerous physicians over the years and I would find that after a long wait to see them, my appointment either felt very rushed or that they didn't take my concerns very seriously. They were also treating me when I suffered a miscarraige, and it disappointed me to hear them only refer to my baby in medical terms such as "fetus". That was the last straw when they couldn't be more sympathetic in my time of loss. Since then I have found a doctor elsewhere. I would still go to Edmonds Family Medicine's walk-in clinic if I were to have a cold, but anything more serious than that I would go
