I went to vertebrae in Edmond for a few months with back pain. I was not getting any relief from the treatments. I went in 8 months ago and cancelled my monthly contract. They never quit charging my credit card. I have not been for a treatment since last September.When i called they said they could not find my file. They called back and said they had no record of my cancellation. I finally had to cancel my credit card to make sure i got no more charges. I should have been more suspicious. During one of my visits I was in the waiting room and overheard a customer at the front desk having the same trouble. I feel like it is a scam they run quite often. I wouldn't trust them with any credit card info or personal information.

While I'm sure errors can happen, I think this place is convenient, helpful, beautiful and professional. I drive some distance to them because of their convenient hours. I have favorite chiropractors in their group for one reason or another but all seem to know their stuff.
