DO NOT USE THIS STORE. 4 weeks for them to come out and look at fireplace. Another 4 weeks plus- still waiting on parts. They never call you back nor do they keep you updated. Had to give 1 star.

Beware if you are thinking about using this store. They will charge you for an incoherent service call and never make it back for the repairs. Phone calls with them go unanswered & not returned, or if they do call you back what they say is unreliable. I guess they feel by making $95 for service call is easier than actually fixing something.



If you have a Heatilator issue in OKC, best to try Fireplace Place. Nice folks, reliable and much better follow through.
