I wrote a review earlier about being unhappy with my order, I do truly apologize, wrong Jimmy Johns Location. I have actually never had the pleasure of visiting this exact location, however, when I called they were very pleasant and accommodating. I called and advised of my error. Great customer service!

Horrible Customer Service

I have ordered 3 times in a row for deliverly and they got it wrong all three times. When I called back each time they are extremely rude. The young manager there has no customer skills whatsoever!!!!
