Provided by YP.comAbsolute crooks!!! Stay away, far, far away! They lie, cheat and steal from you. I just put brand new wipers on my car (Expensive ones) and since it's a company car leased to us by Donlen, they called them and lied to them saying my blades were desperately needing replacements. They then installed their total trash blades and threw mine away. When I complained they said it had nothing to do with me, that the customer was Donlen and I had nothing to say about it!! Well, I'm not putting up with that crap so I took their blades off and dug mine out of the trash and installed them again and had them deduct it from the bill. I will NEVER do business with these morons again and you shouldn't either! If I could deduct points from zero I would and that would be generous!

Provided by YP.comIf you value your vehicle then stay away from this establishment. The guys turning wrenches here are careless and WILL BREAK your car. I've brought my vehicles here multiple times but am finally fed up with the shoddy workmanship and the unethical attempts to press unnecessary services on customers. First of all, every time I've gone here I've specifically told them what service(s) I want performed - usually just an oil change. Regardless of what I tell them, however, they inevitably end up taking out my engine and cabin air filters to show me how dirty they are and to recommend replacement. That would be fine except when they remove and reinstall the filters they broke 1) one of the bolts holding my engine air filter housing in place and 2) the retaining clip that held my glove box damper in place. They also try to sell EVERYONE (because I've heard their pitch to other customers every time I've been in the place) a fuel injector service for about 100 bucks. I'm pretty sure every car I've ever owned made no mention of a recommended fuel injector service in the owner's manual. My last visit was the last straw, during which they recommended that I replace the ATF fluid - which I had just replaced myself a week prior by draining and refilling three times with multiple days of driving in between each fill so I know I got a good turnover of fluid in there. Do yourself and your vehicle a huge favor and steer (pun intended) well clear of this place.

Provided by YP.comJIFFY LUBE IN EDMOND, OKLAHOMA FORGOT TO PUT OIL IN MY CAR. Not only do I have witness' that will testify that there was absolutely NO OIL in my car. But I spent $80 on a FULLY SYNTHETIC OIL CHANGE. I went out of town and called Jiffy Lube 3 times talking to ADAM, and DANNY. The assistant manager, and the manager. Danny was very considerate.... so I thought. He told me he would refund my card when I got back in town and would give me a free oil change. "I will do whatever I have to to make this right." those were his exact words over the phone. However when I got back into town and went to Jiffy lube they refused to take any responsibility not keeping the promises they made to me. I had receipts, pictures and witnesses plus my car was making a racket and yet they point the finger to me and called me a liar. After being called a liar I called Danny... who talked to Adam 30 seconds before. However Danny would not answer the phone after 2 tries. Of course. This isn't the first time Jiffy Lube has screwed up someone's car. There's a website all about it. Thousands of complaints. DO NOT GO TO JIFFY LUBE. HANDS DOWN. "http:// www. jiffylubeproblems .com/" You can even search by state.

Provided by YP.comWhile the quality seems to be improving don't let them fool you. The carwash tunnel has physically broken parts! The wheel blaster and the undercarriage blaster are both broken. Most of the grunt work on the rocker panels and back of the car are actually done by hand.
The oil change you get comes with a fluid inspection and refill, tire inflation and a *free* carwash. You pay for the carwash last I checked the base price was 36.99, that's 39.86 after taxes! which is on the pricey end for an oil change. The wash is included in your price. The staff is extremely professional and courteous, but you can find a cheaper place.
