Unfortunately you can not rate with less than 1 star. Stay far away from this company/person. Paid to have work done on a shower and job was never finished. Owner Mike stated he would be back to fix and complete the job and gave excuse after excuse as to why he or anyone else from his so called company couldn't make it. Can't wait to see him in small claims court.

Mike "The Plumber" was doing mutiple projects for me took mutiple deposits and then disappear and I had to hire new plumbers at my cost to fix and finish his work. The insurance he provided was for his brothers pool company of the same name, so it was useless and I would stay away from him as well. He answers every so many days and says he will pay me but back, but it has been over a year. Stay away from him cheap prices get you what you pay for. I had to give him 1 star because that is the only way to write a review, they are a negative 5 star company at best.

I would not recommend this contractor! I needed a pool filter installed back in the beginning of June so Water Mechanix came recommended from my local pool shop. Installer/owners name is Mike/Michael and he purchased all needed pluming and performed the install. Pluming job looked great but since it was PVC piping and he applied sealer to joints so I had to let it dry so when I went to run my pool pump a few days later it ended up have a leak which turned out to be cracked PVC fitting. I paid for job in full the same day he finished so now there is no rush for him to fix since he's been paid so I make multiple attempts to get him to fix an incomplete install and Mike finally comes and says he needed to order a tool to remove the part and at this point I am two weeks in without a fix. Another week goes by and reach out again and get told that they will be out but never came. I was just strung along because I've made multiple attempts and haven't heard from Mike again.
