From the moment we stepped into their beautiful showroom we knew we made the perfect decision! Bob's design was beautiful and functional! His ability to create something before it becomes a reality is amazing! The cabinet crews were true professionals! Thank you to the staff at Certified Kitchens for giving me the most beautiful kitchen ever! We are going to go back and have them to a wall unit in our basement! Can't wait!

Not only did this company give me the kitchen I've always dreamed of, but they were fair, courteous, and straightforward about everything. It was such a smooth transaction from beginning to end. The craftmen were highly professional and personable. Would highly recommend without hesitation!!!

As a recent customer of Certified Kitchen, Inc., I am in total disagreement with 'Devongalicia". The staff at Certified Kitchens was nothing but professional, informative, helpful, courteous, and very organized. They were all a pleasure to work with in every aspect: from the beginninig of the project until the last piece of molding was installed. The installation crew was wonderful. They were very respectful in my home. I was referred to this company by a very happy customer....and now I am one and I have referred many to Certified Kitchens and they are just as pleased as I am. My kitchen designer happened to be the owner of the company, and he as very responsive to every request I had. ARE YOU SURE THAT YOUR TALKING ABOUT THE RIGHT COMPANY?!?!

At first, they were really nice to us when we were thinking of remodeling our kitchen, and then they got our deposit money and their treatment of us completely changed. First off, they started working on my kitchen TWO MONTHS after they said they would. Then, scheduling appointments for the workers to come out to my house was also a nightmare, as they would tell me they'd be at my house on a Tuesday at 9am, and then they'd show up on a Monday at 8am, when I wasn't expecting them. Further, the workers were unprofessional and probably a whopping 23 years old on average (i.e. no experience) and I caught one of the workers smoking in my house!! Just a difficult, unprofessional company to deal with, and I had to end up calling the owner two or three times to get issues resolved, since the company representatives kept dragging their feet. The final straw was when the owner told me he would fix something the workers had done incorrectly, and then he just never got back to me on it or fix the problem. My husband ended up fixing the problem with material we had to buy from Home Depot. Nothing like paying to fix a new kitchen you just paid someone else to build!! If the owner doesn't stand by his word, though, how can you expect his employees to? Buyer beware, when it comes to this company.
