Vonage is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with. They lie like about lieing! I canceled my service after a few years and was told it was not a problem. They offered me a deal to pay up front and I did based on the fact it was cheaper. I soon found out the service had issues and the customer service was a nightmare. With out notification they charged my cc for another year when I told them I did not want the service they canceled my # (service) but would not give me back my $300.00. I was told by customer service I was to get my money back and once I was transferred to accounting I was told I would not based on the contract. I explained that they already canceled my number and that customer service told me I would get my money back. I more or less was told tuff #$%@. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THIS COMPANY!! Google and see all the complaints!

This company, actually i would not even call them a company. These scam artists suck you in then you go threw hell trying to get out. They never tell you about the disconnect charge, even when you specificly ask about it, they say oh no ma'am you are not signing a contract, and you can cancel at any time. Thats what i was told.

Now that i'm trying to cancel it, after only having a little over a month, I'm told there will be $140.00 disconnect charge. I have gone on other sites and have read the horror stories, of the hell people have and are going threw to cancel. I also have filed a complaint with the BBB and will be filing with the FCC.

PLEASE DO NOT BE SUCKED INTO THESE PACK OF LIES THEY TELL YOU TO GET YOU IN THE DOOR. ONCE THERE YOU'LL NEVER GET OUT!!
