The old receptionist at the desk is very rude. She really needs to learn some customer service skills. Really, they should hire a new person.

I have gone to this eye clinic for eye exams and glasses for a number of years. Dr. Walker is one of the best eye doctors I have ever seen. She is excellent in finding the exact prescription for me. The staff is friendly and take time with me to do explain things. Appointments are easy to book without a long wait and the wait time for visits is short. I recommend this eye practice and doctor and technicians. This is a good place to go if you want quality care and quality glasses. (I have worn glasses since I was 15 and am an excellent judge of provider skills and glasses.) It is not fair to base a rating on one review and certainly not the same review entered twice. These people are not crooks. They are professional and skilled. Don't take the rating of one disgruntled client as the total rating.

THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS. DO NOT GO THERE. SAVE YOURSELF TROUBLE AND GO TO WALMART OR DOWN TO ALBUQUERQUE...I WENT THERE FOR AN EXAM WHERE THEY TOLD ME THAT I NEEDED GLASSES, I PICKED OUT MY GLASSES AND THEY ORDERED THEM, WHEN I WENT TO PICK THEM UP, THEY WEREN'T THE GLASSES I PICKED OUT ... NOT EVEN A LITTLE ALIKE. I TOLD THEM THIS AND THEY REFUSED TO HELP, AND TOLD ME I COULDN'T PROVE THEY MESSED UP. AFTER A ANGRY CALL FROM MY HUSBAND THEY SAID FINE WE WILL FIX THIS, I WENT IN SHOWED THEM THE GLASSES I PICKED OUT ORIGINALLY AND THEY SAID WE WILL ORDER THEM. AN HOUR LATER I GOT A MESSAGE SAYING THEY THOUGHT SOMETHING WAS FISHY AND THAT THEY WERE KICKING ME OUT OF THE PRACTICE. SO NOW THEY HAVE THE GLASSES WITH MY PRESCRIPTION AND THEY HAVE STOLEN $134 FROM ME! DO NOT GO TO THIS PRACTICE. HORRIBLE CROOKS.
