Let's hear it for SMALL, LOCAL BUSINESS!! I recently rented a small 50s style home in NSB that, while charming and cute and within walking distance from the river, had a real ant problem in the kitchen. Because I always support local business over the big guys, I called this company, and they were out to my house the next day. They asked several questions about what the ants were doing and where I had seen them (because, of course, the ants weren't out when they arrived) and then proceeded to educate me on the type of ant they believed it to be and what they were attracted to. Who knew some of the tiny ants are attracted to protein and some are attracted to sugar! No wonder my store bought ant trap wasn't effective. They did their magic, and I haven't seen a single ant since -- this was over 2 months ago!! One last thing that really got my attention about this company: I had seen a small roach a week or so earlier and took a picture of it with my phone. I hadn't seen any since but thought I'd go ahead and show them to see what kind of roach it was and if I should be concerned. I couldn't BELIEVE how much they know about bugs...they took a look at my picture, told me it was a just a baby (not the small bad kind of roach that's impossible to get rid of), and to call them if I seem to have a problem. They sprayed the outside of the house and went on their way. GIVE THIS COMPANY A CALL. AGAIN - SMALL, LOCAL BUSINESS IS EVERYTHING FOR OUR COMMUNITY!!! :)
