Long wait times and bad service

Today was the last time I will shop in this store. The place is always empty but it takes 20 to 30 minutes to make a purchase. The staff are not knowledgeable about GNC products and they can't figure out how to use the register without calling 5 different stores. I will go to 16th street from now on.
