I called yesterday and got someone to come out and look at my pioneer this morning at 9am. The tech was friendly and got it working in 10 min.

Didn't fix T.V. and didn't make notes on Invoice stating that it wasn't fixed. Just told me to call back in a couple months to come back out to fix. Well I got busy in life and waited 1 month to long and my warranty ended. and since he didn't make notes on his invoice that he didn't fix it the warranty company probably won't cover it. Talked to Ken and he won't do anything for me. He said "that is the way it goes". So he got paid to fix something from my warranty company that didn't even need to be replaced. He should have automatically came back out to fix my t.v. knowing that he didn't fix it.
