I hired Greg and his crew to cut a total of 12 trees down on my property. The day he came to give us the estimate, I showed him a drain that came down along the area where he was going to be cutting and told him that the drain was not to be covered. On the day that he came to cut the trees down, I again told him no to cover the drain. That the trees that he was cutting down needed to be put in the woods where there were other trees that had been cut in the past. His crew cut the ten pine trees down in that area and left all the wood that was cut up laying on the bank with few pieces actually placed where the previous trees were laying. Greg then, at some time during their work, emptied his truck that had the wood chips in right down at the edge of the drain that I told him NOT to cover. He refuses to come and move the pile stating, "I don't have any way to move that pile." He also keeps telling me that I told him to dump his truck on top of my drain, REALLY? Can provide photos!!
