I agree. The absolute WORST customer service I have seen. we ordered a wheelchair for our daughter that has CP. SIX MONTHS have passed and finally we have an appointment to have the chair fitted. Then, this morning, we get a call from the hospital stating that the chair NuMotion said would be delivered to the hospital THREE WEEKS AGO IS NOT THERE! We have had it with this company!
The process of getting the chair was terrible. The run a couple of scams....The "form scam"...each time I would call, they needed another form signed. These "forms" would appear out of nowhere. Then I'd wait a week or two and call to see if the form was signed and returned. What do you know... they needed another form.
The other scam: Kathy NEVER returns phone calls. OR.. the person handling your chair is out of the office. Or we're waiting on it... The list of excuses goes on and on when the truth is that they just don't know how to do the job.
After a 6 month wait, I still doubt we will get the chair. NuMotion... more like never motion. The level of ineptness astounds me.

Once again, dealing with NuMotion trying to get an order filled SINCE THE END OF JULY!! A simple order, nothing dramatic but this is just another example of how horrible their so called customer service is! You wait weeks to get a reply or a return phone call and you get one ONLY if you're lucky....their usual mode is to just ignore you. I cannot believe that if you go to the NuMotion website, their corporate business goals are GREAT customer service. Is this a joke NuMotion?? Real funny....not!! Perhaps NuMotion corporate is not paying attention to their business in Eau Claire, WI? If they were, ALL employees there would be FIRED!! There ARE other options for us in this area and traveling to St. Paul would be well worth it to find a company who is not only competent but one who cares about it's customers. This certainly is NOT NuMotion!!

Worst place to order wheelchair from. The order was totally wrong from color of chair, casters 2" bigger and back does not properly fit. Back catches in wheel when moving. I have called every other day to leave a message since nobody seems to answer phone.

Literally the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. Ordered new wheels a month ago, still don't have them, not even an ETA. Also left me basically bed ridden for a week before they came to fix my pad, left me with a loaner pad that was ill suited for me or my chair, and took just over A WEEK to do a messy patch job that I could've done with a 4 year old's imagination and some tree sap. If you're expecting the care our expertise you got from reliant rehab, prepare to be severely disappointed.

If you're looking for a company who cares about its customers, DO NOT look to Numotion!! If you want a company that can place an order correctly, follow-up with that order and get that order to you in a timely manner DO NOT look to Numotion!! If you want competent technicians working on your wheelchairs DO NOT look to Numotion!!
